The first 95 dwellings contained within a 5plus Planning Consent, and a wider 5plus Masterplan, have been completed on a 1.2Ha strategic site to the south of Nottingham City Centre. The scheme, known as Trent Bridge Quays, is contained by Meadow Lane on the north side and the River Trent to the south, forms part of an opportunity area for a comprehensive riverside regeneration that will become the focus of a new strategic residential quarter for Nottingham.

The scheme, conceived in partnership with The Canal and River Trust, provides a mix of apartments and traditional town houses, with new streets and spaces including a riverside walkway. We worked very closely with Nottingham City Council and the local community on establishing an urban framework that define the core principles and aspirations of the opportunity area. This framework will ensure a coherent and integrated approach which will allow individual sites such as this, to be developed without prejudicing or impairing the development potential of other land areas to follow.
