This 5plus designed scheme has seen the transformation of a dated office into a high quality workplace befitting the buildings location in the heart of Manchester’s Civic Quarter. The project has involved the full refurbishment of the office floors and common areas along with the re-modelling of the main reception and part of the building envelope.

Externally new windows and façade upgrades have transformed the buildings outdated appearance. Other work has included upgrading the Lloyd Street entrance, lift lobbies and electrical and mechanical services. All building services have been replaced, with a mixed-mode ventilation strategy adopted.

In May 2019, Heron House was shortlisted for two awards at the North West Regional Construction Awards.
