Rhys has delivered numerous award-winning projects from inception to completion across a range of typologies. These include speculative offices, civic offices, hotels, student residential, private residential and interior fit-out, both new build and refurbishment. Rhys has an interest in project deliver and has performed the role of Contract Administrator in addition to Lead Designer.

Notable projects Rhys has led, include VITA Student, Oxford Road Manchester. This project has seen Rhys design and oversee delivery of a 310,000 sqft, £55 m residential scheme for Select Property Group.  Delivering 716 luxury apartments, hub space, retail and commercial units with associated public realm and landscaping on the former site of the BBC.
