David King-Smith, Director

David is a frustrated professional cyclist, with a slightly less frustrated passion for architecture and design.

David specialises in medium/large scale urban regeneration projects and has designed and delivered a large number of mixed use, residential, hotel and office buildings. He has completed 20+ years in commercial practice both in the UK and Internationally.

Most recently David has led the delivery of a new boutique hotel on Great Eastern Street, Shoreditch – a complex scheme located in a Conservation Area, as well as the AJ Retrofit shortlisted transformation of No 5 The Square, Stockley Park.

David has won a number of awards and competitions and has worked on significant projects in most major UK Cities as well as many locations in Europe and the Middle East.
