Your Experience
- Qualified Architect or Technologist with 5+ years of professional experience working in the UK, and practical industry experience working on projects in a BIM environment using Revit
- Demonstrable relevant UK practice experience
- Experience across concept design, technical and delivery stages
The Role Requires
- You will be working on across RIBA stages, with a key focus on actively supporting the architectural team with technical work at RIBA Stage 4 and 5
- Working in Revit producing technical and construction details
- Develop and refining Revit models in line with our in‐house standards, UK BIM Framework and ISO19650
- Producing comprehensive technical drawings and detailed documentation for construction projects
- Assisting the Architectural team with Revit and BIM based project tasks, coordination
- Opportunity to take ownership and act as a lead on projects
- Excellent technical skills with demonstrable experience in highly serviced, complex project
- Strong understanding of planning and building control requirements
- Ability and flexibility to work across multiple projects to achieve set deadlines
- Demonstrable hands-on experience of the required software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both internally and externally
