It’s been a busy quarter for awards for projects spanning Workplace, Hotel, Residential and Masterplanning categories.

Our Waterfront Widnes ‘Home’ flexible workspace scheme which won the BCO Corporate workplace award in 2018 picked up a highly commended in the 2023 coveted ‘Test of Time’ category last month.

Huyton, our masterplanning regeneration scheme, was a finalist at the Liverpool City Region Future Award.

We have our fingers crossed for Merseyway Innovation Centre – a workplace retrofit shortlisted for a Mixology award, Bankside Living – a Student Resi scheme shortlisted for a Guildford Design Award, and our London Hart Hotel scheme is also shortlisted for a Hotel AHEAD award – all announced later this month.

We are delighted that West Bar won 2 awards: ‘Property Deal of The Year’ at the Insider Yorkshire Property Awards and Estates Gazette’s ‘Regional Deal’ Award.
