We have recently been granted Planning Permission at Appeal for our Boutique Hotel development proposals at North End Road Kensington. The project is on a very complex and sensitive former car repair workshop site, within the Barons Court Conservation Area.

This outcome is the successful culmination of many months of consultation and negotiations. The project was refused by Hammersmith and Fulham Council Planning Committee, despite recommendation to Grant Permission by Officers. We successfully Appealed this Decision and the Inspector has issued a judgement and allowed the Appeal and Granted Planning Permission. We look forward to the next stages of this interesting and challenging project.
