Building upon a strong portfolio of work in the sector, 5plus is delighted to share it has been commissioned to design and deliver the fit out of housing association Onward’s new office in central Liverpool.
Onward are a leading provider of quality, affordable homes for rent and sale in the North West. Established in April 2018, the organisation brought together five housing associations – Contour Homes, Liverpool Housing Trust, Hyndburn Homes, Peak Valley Housing Association and Ribble Valley Homes. Onward has now decided to relocate their Liverpool presence to new premises, taking 20,000 sqft of floorspace across two floors in the Watson Building.
5plus has been appointed to develop proposals for the interior fit-out design for the accommodation. The aim of the project is to develop a flexible new workspace capable of supporting transformational change in the way Onward operate. The proposals include a number of flexible work settings to enable the agile working environment aspired to.

Aesthetically, the new workplace is inspired by Onward’s brand identity and culture. Proposals are the result of in-depth engagement and consultation with Onward and its staff.
This project is one in a succession of 5plus projects for housing association clients, having previously delivered transformational workplace schemes for First Choice Homes Oldham, Southway Housing Trust, Your Housing Group and Halton Housing Trust.
Fit-out work commenced in December 2019.
