We will be showcasing our work on Viacom’s North London HQ when the British Council for Offices launches its latest research at an event at the campus this week.
The report: Office occupancy: Density and Utilisation examines recent trends in workplace density and the growing importance of agile working and is a precursor to the BCO’s Guide to Specification to be published next year.
Key findings will be presented by Rob Harris, principal at Ramidus and Nicola Gillem, director at AECOM to be followed by tours of the campus.
We have been working collaboratively with Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) since 2015 to help unite all channels under one roof in their existing Camden location.
We refurbished the existing Lock Building and transformed a vacant courtyard to create additional space wrapping the new building in a green wall to create a striking and environmentally friendly cladding solution. Solar panels on the roof, integration of light wells and a staircase designed to maximize light all help deliver Viacom’s sustainability ambition and staff wellbeing.
We are looking forward to showing BCO members around and to working on Viacom’s new HQ for MTV in Berlin.
