5plus architects at MIPIM 2019

5plus is delighted to once again be heading to the MIPIM Real Estate Exhibition in Cannes France as a Partner of the Manchester at MIPIM Delegation. With a growing national portfolio, we’re proud to see a number of our projects featuring in stand events across the 4-day conference.

On Tuesday 12th March, representatives from Renfrewshire Council, Glasgow Airport, The Medicines Manufacturing Innovation Centre and AFRC will present the ground-breaking investment and development of the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation District Scotland (AMIDS) as part of the Scotland Pavilion Event Schedule.

Building on the masterplanning work done to date for Renfrewshire Council, 5plus has been working with the Council to refine the proposals for the AMIDS site which spans 64.2 ha within the wider masterplan.

The ‘City Making in Action: Salford’s Bold Vision’ session will focus on the next phase of work for the 99ha landmark development. Speakers include representatives from Salford Council, Muse Development and CBRE.
