Work to transform the interior of 101 Barbirolli Square in Manchester city centre is progressing well.
We were commissioned by the new owners and given a clear brief to develop a high-end new look for the building, one of a high profile pair built in the 1990’s that sit across from the Bridgewater Hall.
Our response has been to strip the building back, introducing new curtain walling to the atrium and the use of high quality, simple finishes to create a very sophisticated, bespoke space.
We are also collaborating with a number of galleries and art colleges to source a large piece of artwork for the elegant new atrium entrance.
We are pleased to be working with contractor Ardmac on the £7m project with the first phase expected to be completed in the Autumn.
